Support young people to reach their full potential whilst gaining skills and experience
What is LinkYouth?
LinkYouth is a project which aims to provide support for young people in London and support them to reach their full potential. Through these roles you will gain valuable teaching and youth work experience, which will make you a better candidate for any career path you want to follow.
What is your role?
Work with young people in a group or on a one-to-one basis to deliver activities and discussions, build relationships with the young people, implement new ideas and be a positive role model. This will raise their confidence and help them become aware of future opportunities.
We strongly encourage applications from BME individuals and other under-represented groups.
Youth Workshop Leader
One hour every 2 weeks
Tottenham (ARCA Generation)
ARCA generation helps disadvantaged young people aim towards a brighter future. As a workshop leader you will be leading a 30 minutes workshop with the rest of the team to help develop their skills, identity and character, by edifying and encouraging them to become mature and independent individuals who will give back to their communities.
Kingston Hub is committed to making our activities inclusive to all students. We can make reasonable adjustments to application processes, selection workshops, training sessions, volunteering projects and other activities on a case-by-case basis. We also provide ongoing support for the students we work with, so if you have particular accessibility needs, including special educational needs, please do get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how we can make the activity more accessible.
